Corrosion resistant alloy metallization plating process

Metallization is the process of ejecting molten corrosion-resistant alloy metal to the metal surface with a compact air or inert gas to form a maintenance coating. In metallization, the coating data is melted and atomized in a special jet or spray gun and ejected onto the substrate. This finish is sometimes referred to as metal spraying. Oxygen-acetylene flames are usually used, but other gases are sometimes used. When the coated wire is actively fed through the flame, the wire melts and is atomized and ejected to the substrate by the compressed air stream. Simply any metal that can be made into a wire can be sprayed in this way. Another type of spray gun is sprayed with flame using powdered data. The advantage of this approach is that it can not only spray metal, but also spray cermet composite materials, oxides and hard alloys.
 
Surface preparation before spraying
 
Since the connection between the plated material obtained by metallization and the matrix material is a simple mechanical connection, it is necessary to perform proper pre-treatment of the matrix data. In order to obtain outstanding mechanical connections. Regardless of the external preparation method, the external surface of the substrate must be hygienic and free of oil.
 
The most common preparation method for exterior appearance is sandblasting. For this reason, the grit meets sharpness to produce a realistic rough appearance. For a cylindrical appearance that can be reversed on a lathe, it is useful to have a very thick thread and then use a rolling knife to gently roll the crest. One improvement that can be used for the flat surface is to cut a series of parallel grooves with a circular grooving knife and then use a knurling knife to capture the facets between the grooves. If the surface is to be machined, the base surface should be prepared by roughing or grooving to get the best preparation.
 
Use of metallization
 
Metallization has many important uses in product depiction. If zinc and aluminum are sprayed onto the steel exterior, a maintenance coating can be obtained to achieve corrosion resistance. Because metallization can spray metal onto any metal or non-metal exterior, it provides a simple way to plate a conductive outer surface on a poor conductor or non-conductor. For this reason, copper is often used. Or silver sprayed onto glass or plastic. Because the sprayed metal can be disposed of in a variety of different ways, such as polishing, brushing, or preserving the spray condition, the metallization can be used as an embellishment in the product and construction industries.
